Dr. Amy Garrett is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Neuroimaging Core in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Health San Antonio. She holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience and has extensive experience studying children and adolescent with and at-risk for bipolar disorder, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) using numerous neuromaging methods. She is currently Principal Investigator for clinical trials using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for kids with PTSD. Dr. Garrett joined the faculty at UT Health from Stanford University and has been a collaborator with Dr. Roybal for the last 7 years.
